This membership plan is not dental insurance. The plan covers general dental treatment at Hillwood Family Dental. You may cancel at any time. You will receive a full refund if cancelled within the first six months, and you will be billed at usual rates for any treatment received during that time period. Plan benefits cannot be combined with any other in-office discounts, patient financing, or dental insurance.
